Estimate of anticipated fees and compensations for Egg Donation

Agency fee - Committed Solo Cycle Agency Fee - Shared Cycle *Agency fee is not refunded once matched	$5000 $3500	If the donor’s compensation exceeds $10,000, then the agency fee will be 50% of the donor compensation (i.e. if donor compensation is $12,000 then the agency fee will be $6000) This is if two recipients from the same clinic choose the same donor and cycle together at the same time. They do not need know each other as the clinic will ensure your anonymity

Donor’s Compensation	$5000+	Exceptional or experienced donors may request a higher compensation. The typical range is $5000 - $7500
Attorney’s fees	$500 - $750-$1000	Egg Donor legal fees for independent contract review of Egg Donor Agreement and Termination of Donors Parental Rights and Addendum of Husbands Termination of Parental Rights Egg Recipient Agreement and Consent to Termination of Donors Parental Rights
Psychological Screening	$350	Psychological Screening for EQI and BDI Testing and 1 hour counseling.
Cycle Monitoring Blood Tests and ultrasounds once the donor is on cycle	$550 per visit	Typically three Estradiol, LH, Progesterone and ultrasounds are needed in one donation cycle One Estradiol is approximately $90 each One LH is approximately $99.50 each One Progesterone is approximately $90 each One transvaginal ultrasound is approximately $250
Criminal Background Check	$250	Optional - Complete Background Investigative Services (Includes: National & State Criminal Background Check)
Fund Management fee	$250	Maintain funds through egg retrieval and issue payments.
Donor’s accidental Health Insurance	$400	Will cover medical complications that may results as a direct result of the egg donation.

Agency Retainer Fee $500. This is a deposit for additional expenses that may be incurred by the agency directly related to the donors expenses such as changes to airline ticket fees, additional hotel charges, additional days for meals and childcare expenses etc. Any unused portion to be refunded if necessary

Courier Charges $50 - $150. This is to courier the donor her meds and screening kits if necessary

Administrative Fee $500. To access full donor database and profiles � this fee is waived for solo cycles and only billed for shared cycles

If a donors cycle is shared, all of HER expenses are divided in two. The recipient legal costs, insurance, fund management fee are not shared. The Agency fee is offered at a reduced rate.

Please note that these fees are approximate. Physicians, psychotherapist and attorney fees will vary from practice to practice.

* Agency fee is non-refundable. Due once the retainer agreement is signed.

Additional Services You May require:

$300.00 - IQ Testing

$150.00/hour - Translation Services for our international recipient families

Other expenses such as fertility medications, donor medical screening, physician fees and treatment fees for the donor and recipient IVF treatment are not included in this total as they are paid separately by the recipient couple directly to their fertility clinic. You can discuss these fees with your fertility clinic.

Many of our recipient families have elected to send their donor a special thank you gift. Often a gift such as flowers or a special card is a nice way to say Thank You. Our staff will be happy to assist you or completely coordinate this thoughtful gesture for you at your request.
