We work hand-in-hand with reputable fertility specialists, psychologists, and attorneys – each familiar with the complexities of Infertility, Surrogacy and egg donation. We handle all services with determination, dedication, and the wisdom that comes with our many years of medical experience. We coordinate every detail – screening potential donors, locating unique donors such as donors of special ethnic groups that may not be reflected in our donor catalog, arranging introductions, coordinating medical services, arranging travel details – and adding emotional support and compassion at every step.
Cathy Ruberto – PRESIDENT AND CEO
Cathy has worked in reproductive medicine since 1990. Prior to founding Our Fairy Godmother Cathy Ruberto was the Clinical Director of a fertility clinic for 15 years and has extensive experience in reproductive medicine. She has co-authored 30 research papers and has been called as an expert witness to the Canadian House of Commons and Senate. She is also a member of the Society of Reproductive Medicine, American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society, the Board of Directors of National Infertility and Cancer charitable organizations. She has also done extensive media – television, radio, newspaper and magazine interviews including CNN, Good Morning America and 3 award winning documentaries.
Tracy Cameron, Nurse – Relationships Manager
Prior to joining Our Fairy Godmother Tracy was and IVF Coordinator and a Nurse Manager of a fertility clinic. She has extensive experience in reproductive medicine and has worked in the field of Infertility since the year 2000. She is the first point of contact and interviews our prospective and active donors and manages our extensive donor database. With Tracy’s role as Relationships Manager and a Nurse, she not only manages our egg donors, she interacts with our clients and fertility clinics physicians and staff.
Andrea Bryman, LMFT is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a specialty in assisted reproduction which includes mental health assessments and evaluation of egg donors and surrogates.Andrea received undergraduate degrees in International Relations and French from the University of Southern California. She continued her education at U.S.C. and received her Masters degree in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling.
Andrea has more than 20 years of clinical experience working in the mental health field. Her early training began in the field of Geriatrics, where she established a geriatric case management program for the City of Beverly Hills. She has also had extensive experience working in an inpatient psychiatric facility where she was able to strengthen her testing and diagnostic skills.
Dedicated team of accounting professionals including a daily bookkeeper, an accounting software specialist, and a controller.
Thomas G. Unsworth, PA CPA and Kevin Marretta, CPA
Thomas and Kevin are our corporate accountants and provides us with high quality accounting and financial advice.
Chelsea provides Our Fairy Godmother with excellent administrative and organizational skills. She performs a broad range of administrative and clerical day to day duties including scheduling of appointments and keeping our databases up to date.
Susan Stockham – Stockham Law
Ms. Stockham has been practicing law in Florida since 1982. Her practice is limited to adoption and surrogacy. In her 24 years of practice she has assisted over 2,000 couples in domestic, independent and agency adoptions, and international adoptions.
She also represents parties in relative, stepparent and grandparent adoptions. In addition to adoptions, Ms. Stockham has represented egg donors, gestational carriers, surrogates and intended parents in building families.
She is a recipient the of the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute’s 2004 Angel in Adoption Award; Lifetime Achievement Award from The Florida Adoption Council, and a founding member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, past board member and chair of the Assisted Reproductive Technology Committee and served on other committees including Interstate Compact, Agency, Intercountry Adoptions, and Special Needs.
In addition to publishing numerous articles in the area of adoptions and assisted reproductive technology, she has assisted in drafting Florida’s adoption and surrogacy legislation and filed amicus briefs to change the Florida Scarlet Letter Law. She has also represented parties in contested adoption cases. She has also advocated for the protection of the rights of children worldwide.
Her interests in adoption go beyond her professional work, as she is the adoptive mother of two handsome and happy sons!
